Founded in 1990 by former members of Takano Landscape Co. Ltd, Japan, which was once stationed in Malaysia to design Shah Alam Lake & Park (Taman Tasik Shah Alam), Aroma Tropics Sdn Bhd has since become a prominent player in the Malaysian landscape industry.

In collaboration with local director Mohamad Zain Abd Salam and associate Koh Chee Ling, both of whom are ILAM-registered landscape architects, founding director N. Kashino brings his expertise in landscape master planning, Japanese garden design, and other design practices to the forefront.

The company has earned recognition from the Institute of Landscape Architects Malaysia (ILAM), the International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA), and the Japanese Institute of Landscape Architecture (JILA) with numerous awards for its exceptional landscape design work.
